Congress 2020, Venue
The 1st South Eastern European Paediatric Respiratory Congress will be held in Grand Hotel Millenium, Sofia, Bulgaria, from 5th to 7th November 2020.
The Registration Desk for the 1st South Eastern European Paediatric Respiratory Congress will be open during the following dates and hours:
Thursday | November 5th, 2020 11.00 – 19.00
Friday | November 6th, 2020 09.00 – 20.30
Saturday | November 7th, 2020 08.30 – 19.00
Official Congress Language
The official language of the congress is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
An exhibition of pharmaceutical products, clinical and scientific equipment and publications will be held during the congress. Companies interested in taking part in the exhibition can contact the Congress Organizer at firstname.lastname@example.org
CME credits (EACCME®) by the European Accreditation Council, will be given on the 1st South Eastern European Paediatric Respiratory Congress.
Letter of Invitation
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the 1st South Eastern European Paediatric Respiratory Congress and will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form and full payment have been received.
Organizing Committee would like to clearly state that the letter is only to help the participant to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and has no further financial obligations from the congress towards the participant. If the visa application is declined – for whatever reason, the congress cannot be held liable for any incurred expenses, such as registration fees, accommodation, travel, financial losses, etc.
A valid passport is required for non-EU citizens for entry into Bulgaria. An identity card is sufficient for citizens of EU Member States. Please consult the Consulate nearest to you for special details.
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors must wear the Congress identification badges. Entrance to meeting halls, poster and exhibition area will not be permitted to any person without badge
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Congress Secretariat assume any liability. Participants should, therefore, organize their own health and travel insurance.
